- Digital Products are currently delivered via email only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within 10 minutes – one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to deliver. Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email with your Digital Product at the email address which you provided on our order form.
PLEASE NOTE: Digital products come under “DIGITAL PRODUCT” once delivered through email it cannot be returned back because it’s not a Physical Product which can be re-soled to other user, So “No Refund” is an issue however for our customers we have Refund Policy and they are us follow:
Please make sure you keep this keys or licenses with you in a safe place as we have delivered the license key we do not allow customers to refund or cancel.
Every product come with separate warranty and after in case we do not provide any replacement or refund
No Refund in the below cases:
- The buyer places the wrong order without reading the complete product description and the product key is already been delivered through email.
- The buyer fails to download the software file due to a poor internet connection.
- The buyer fails to download & install the software due to a lack of technical knowledge.
- Any Digital Product fails to activate on buyers computer system then shoppylk will issue new Product or licenses through email in a given time period, Buyer has to send Full-Screen Screenshot which must include Error Window, Current Date and Time and mail it to support@shoppylk.com
- Buyers have only 14-days from the date of purchase to inform us regarding Product activation failure, after 14-Days from the date of purchase no New Product will be issued in any circumstances.
- for 3rd party domain – no refund for Password forget after the first password changed
- after 3 months, we do not provide any warranty or refund for pre-activated software and tools
Refund in the below cases:
- Refund will be issued if shoppylk fails to deliver the Products through email then an Automatic Refund is processed.
- for 3rd party domain – domain not working, subscription disable case.
- Any subscription account not working within time period.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a Return within three (3) days and replacement within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at support@shoppylk.com within 14 days of your purchase and include the following information:
– Your name and email address
– The name of the product you are requesting a refund for
– The reason for your refund request
Once we receive your request, we will process it within following timelines. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment before 7 days and before 14 days we do refund partially other wise you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a 14 days, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. So we’re recommending that you feel free to ask me before buying anything if you have any doubts. Don’t chargeback straight away after you buy and it didn’t work.
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to order restriction. There are no exceptions.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Please note that this return policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website. If you have purchased one of our products through another retailer or platform, please refer to their respective return policies.
