How Do I Receive My Product?

  • We will deliver the Services, including any Goods, to the Delivery Email by the time or within the agreed period.
  • If any Goods form a commercial unit (a unit is a commercial unit if division of the unit would materially impair the value of the goods or the character of the unit) you cannot cancel or reject the Order for some of those Goods without also cancelling or rejecting the Order for the rest of them.
  • You agree we may deliver the Goods in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges.
  • If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the Services at the Delivery Location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.
  • The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them.

If you’ve purchased more than five product keys, please allow us sufficient time to fulfill your order. Typically, you’ll receive your entire order within an hour. Maximun it may take up to within 24 hours for us to process and deliver your complete order.

We encourage all our customers to register their email addresses with their specific product key during the manufacturer’s online activation process. Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt on our website by logging into your My Account and going to the **Orders** section. There you will find a list of all your orders and their status. Click on the **View Details** button next to the order you want to see the receipt for. You will be able to download or print your receipt from there.

Alternatively, you can also check your email for the confirmation message we sent you when you placed your order. It contains a link to your sales receipt as well.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We try our best to keep our inventory updated and restock items as soon as possible. However, some items may be temporarily or permanently out of stock due to high demand, limited availability, or other reasons.

Do you sell items to international customers?
